Álmas Bar carries the same philosophy that shapes Convivium: cocktails born from the land, crafted with botanicals, fruits and herbs from the estate, transformed with the same artisanal techniques.
In this open-air setting, the Signature Creations express their volcanic identity with a new clarity, becoming the natural companion to life by the pool.
From midday onwards, a selection of fresh, simple dishes completes the experience, plates that belong outdoors and pair naturally with our bright cocktails or a crisp glass of Etna wine.
