Kantico is the most visionary space at Monaci delle Terre Nere, a vertical wine cellar carved into the old cistern of the house, descending nearly ten metres into volcanic stone.
Three levels interconnected by a dramatic spiral of light and shadow create an atmosphere that is intimate, rare and deeply resonant with the depth of Etna.

A curated array of niche Champagne maisons enriches a collection that is both precious and deeply personal.
With direct access from Locanda Nerello, guests may enter the cellar and choose the bottle that will accompany their meal, a quiet luxury that few places can offer.
