Breakfast at Monaci is a gentle ritual, an awakening shaped by nature, light, and the flavours of the estate.
In summer, guests gather beneath the shade of the ancient pines, where the breeze carries the scent of vineyards and the first birdsong of the day.
In the cooler months, breakfast is served at Orto dei Monaci, a glass-walled room embraced by olive and citrus groves with wide views of the sea. Two different settings, one same feeling: a sense of pure, unhurried luxury. Every morning, the buffet celebrates the estate’s organic philosophy.
A morning ritual shaped by nature and Sicilian warmth
Fresh eggs from our hens, seasonal fruits and vegetables from our gardens, artisanal cheeses and cured meats from small Etna producers, breads and pastries baked daily with Sicilian ancient grains. Each ingredient reflects the land, the season, and the rhythm of the farm.
Guests choose where to begin their day: beneath the shade of trees or surrounded by vineyards. The atmosphere is quiet and natural, accompanied only by birdsong, soft breezes, and the scent of warm bread.
