Suites and Villas with private pool overlooking the sea or volcano, born from the conservative restoration of ancient rural farmhouses and a seventeenth-century aristocratic villa.

Farm-to-table cuisine: the raw materials come directly from the estate - among the organic gardens, orchards, olive groves, and vineyards of Monaci - alongside selections from small local producers. A gastronomic offering spread across 3 restaurants and 3 bars, created by Michelin-starred chef Onofrio Pagnotto.

Organic volcanic wines: Guido Coffa wines are made from native grape varieties grown on our ancient terraces, with hand-picked grapes. Dedicated experiences allow you to discover each label through guided tastings and pairing paths.
